About The Position

Germain Honda of Beavercreek is seeking a Service Scheduler/Cashier to efficiently manage service appointments while providing excellent customer service and handling cashier duties with accuracy. Requirements

  • Previous experience in scheduling or cashier roles preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule customer service appointments efficiently
  • Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
  • Manage cashier duties including processing payments and issuing receipts
  • Maintain loaner agreements
  • Communicate effectively with service technicians and customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly
