Responsibilities
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently as the service department cashier.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service calendar to maximize productivity.
- Greet and assist customers, answering inquiries and providing information about services and pricing.
- Maintain organized records of transactions, appointments, and customer communications.
- Collaborate closely with the service team to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
- Handle phone calls and emails professionally, assisting with appointment confirmations and rescheduling as needed.
