About The Position

Audi Reno Tahoe, part of the award-winning Findlay Automotive Group, is seeking a polished, customer-focused Service Receptionist to serve as the face and voice of our service department. This role is critical to the customer journey—setting the tone from the very first interaction and supporting long-term customer loyalty and business growth. This is not a passive front-desk position. The ideal candidate understands that every interaction is an opportunity to elevate the brand, strengthen relationships, and move business forward.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the professional first point of contact for service customers—both in person and over the phone
  • Create a welcoming, premium experience that reflects the Audi brand
  • Actively manage incoming calls with purpose, accuracy, and confidence
  • Schedule service appointments to support shop flow and customer convenience
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls to strengthen customer relationships and retention
  • Answer customer questions thoroughly or connect them to the appropriate team member
  • Support business operations through digital document archiving and data accuracy
  • Stay knowledgeable on current services, products, and pricing
  • Address customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and solutions-oriented thinking
