This role involves the development and application of engineering practice and knowledge in defining, implementing, operating and improving the manufacturing engineering processes (line balancing, work preparation, production scheduling, line simulation), the manufacturing technologies (forming, cutting, welding, heat treatment, assembly, additive manufacturing, etc.), the robotic technologies and the industrial information systems.

Requirements

  • Entry level graduate with limited commercial and technical work experience
  • Keen to understand clients business and needs
  • Organises own time with a short time horizon

Responsibilities

  • Defining, implementing, operating and improving the manufacturing engineering processes (line balancing, work preparation, production scheduling, line simulation)
  • Developing and applying manufacturing technologies (forming, cutting, welding, heat treatment, assembly, additive manufacturing, etc.)
  • Working with robotic technologies
  • Implementing and improving industrial information systems
  • Building skills and expertise in a chosen Engineering Discipline
  • Understanding clients' business and needs
  • Solving routine problems
