About The Position

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing exceptional customer experience through great communication, solid problem-solving ability, and a positive attitude. This position reports to the Sr. Regional Field Service Manager of the Northwest field service team and will be a fully remote role in Indianapolis area, supporting our customers in the greater Northwest US states. In this role you will have the opportunity to proactively manage customer accounts, while building and fostering positive and professional relationships with both external and internal customers, propose process improvements that improve internal and external customer processes, and manage a diverse technical product portfolio.

Requirements

Associates degree with 2+ years of Field Service experience.
Advanced troubleshooting, problem-solving and repair skills with strong attention to detail
Strong communication skills utilized in a professional manner
Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
This position requires the ability to regularly lift, move, slide, raise and/or place up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Ability to stand, walk (prolonged), and sit; squat and kneel, ascend and descend stairs; reach with hands and arms.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Biology, or related field
Previous experience with a customer facing role
