About The Position

Jeff Wyler Superior Honda is hiring a full-time Service Porter to support its service department. The role manages vehicle flow in service stalls, service lanes, the service drive, and the dealership parking lot; assists service advisors with vehicle and key-related tasks; prepares customer vehicles for return after repairs; maintains vehicle and work areas; and responds to customer needs. The starting pay is $15 per hour. The schedule is five days per week, including Saturdays: weekdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Pass a background check.
• Have strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle flow in service stalls, service lanes, the service drive, and the auto group parking lot.
• Work with service advisors on tasks such as tracking keys, cleaning cars, driving vehicles from service stalls, following dealership display standards, and fielding customer requests.
• Complete other assigned duties.
• Ensure customer vehicles are ready for return after service department repairs.
• Clean the parking lot, service stalls, and other vehicle areas as needed.
• Address customer service needs with a positive attitude.
