Service Porter - Superior Honda
About The Position
Jeff Wyler Superior Honda is hiring a full-time Service Porter for its service department. The position works five days per week, including Saturday. Weekday hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Starting pay is $15 per hour. The Service Porter manages vehicle flow throughout service stalls, service lanes, the service drive, and the dealership parking lot. The role supports service advisors and helps ensure customer vehicles are ready to return after repairs. The job also involves cleaning vehicles and work areas, handling customer requests, and maintaining a positive customer-service attitude.
Requirements
- Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Pass a background check.
- Have great customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage vehicle flow in service stalls, service lanes, the service drive, and the auto group parking lot.
- Work with the auto group service advisor on assigned tasks, including keeping track of keys, cleaning cars, and driving vehicles from service stalls.
- Follow dealership display standards.
- Field customer requests and complete other assigned duties.
- Ensure customer vehicles are ready for return after service department repairs.
- Clean the parking lot, service stalls, and other vehicle areas when needed.
- Address customer service needs with a positive attitude.
