The ideal candidate is available for full-time hours, has proven customer service experience, and is enthusiastic about their work. Requirements

• Full-time availability.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Capacity to operate a wide variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans, including hybrid models.
• Ability to drive automatic and manual transmissions.
• A good, clean driving record.
• Valid driver license.
• Familiarity with city streets and navigating through town.
• Ability to read maps, signs, and use a GPS navigation device.

Responsibilities

• Moving and parking service vehicles.
• Communicating and providing superior customer service to service clients.
• Directing service customers to the appropriate advisor.
• Obtaining basic information from vehicles to assist with the check-in process.
• Retrieving parts and supplies.
• Operating snow removal equipment.
• Washing the exterior of vehicles.
• Vacuuming the interiors of vehicles.
• Performing janitorial tasks to keep the service drive clean and presentable.
• Relieving the courtesy Shuttle Driver.
• Transporting clients between in-town locations courteously.
• Coordinating vehicle operation and scheduling pick-up/drop-off times for efficiency and client satisfaction.
