Requirements

2+ years of Residential Service Plumbing experience required
Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more, on an occasional basis, in compliance with OSHA manual handling guidelines.
Regularly required to perform physically demanding tasks, including working in confined spaces, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and bending.
Regularly required to safely use ladders and work at heights to access attics, crawl spaces, and other elevated areas as part of residential service work, in accordance with OSHA safety guidelines.
Frequent exposure to extreme temperatures (both hot and cold), while working indoors and outdoors.
Everyone is required to submit a pre-employment background check prior to start date

Responsibilities

Accurately troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing equipment
Present tailored solutions and sales options that align with each customer’s needs
Deliver 5-star service while maintaining a professional, courteous, and authentic demeanor
Maintain consistent and clear communication with team members
Participate in ongoing training to support professional growth, sales skills, and skill development
Keep company vehicle clean and organized, both inside and out
Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Other duties as assigned
