Requirements
- Completion of a Surgical Scrub Technician course from an accredited program.
- Current AHA BLS certification.
- Strong critical thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and problem-solve effectively under pressure.
Nice To Haves
- Prior Operating Room experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assemble, arrange, and inspect specialized instruments and supplies for a wide range of procedures.
- Strictly monitor and maintain aseptic technique to ensure a sterile environment.
- Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and patient in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
- Manage instrument care, monitor inventory, and assist in stocking supplies to ensure the OR remains mission-ready.
- Support the surgical team in achieving the best possible patient outcomes and experiences.
