About The Position

The Service Plumber runs residential plumbing service and water-heater calls in Lakewood, Colorado. The role involves diagnosing issues, presenting homeowners with repair and upgrade options, pricing jobs in ServiceTitan, and completing the work. An inside sales team follows up on quotes, and field coaching and third-party CertainPath sales training are provided. The plumbing division is being built around heat pump water heaters and efficiency work. Compensation is $62,000–$125,000 per year, with each pay period paying the greater of $30 per hour or performance pay. Overtime is paid according to Colorado law. Incentives include 10% of customer cost for work closed during the visit or within three days, 8% of installed labor revenue, 2% of revenue on jobs generated for other trades while in a home, and $50 for qualifying installations traced to the employee’s business card. Higher hourly pay may be available for highly qualified applicants and those taking on leadership. The company is hiring a Service Manager and intends to promote from within. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with no weekends. The employee receives a take-home, fully stocked service van, fuel card, iPad, and professional-grade tools including ProPress. A Master Plumber of Record is available for permits and technical backup. The employer is family-owned and veteran-operated.
