Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver plumbing equipment and materials
Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction
When provided with state-of-the-art equipment, ability to consistently generate a minimum of $30,000 in monthly revenue while maintaining excellent customer reviews and workmanship

Responsibilities

Maintain consistent communication with dispatch and office staff
Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions
Perform plumbing repairs, installations, maintenance, and service calls
Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
Educate customers on repair and replacement options
Complete all required job documentation accurately and timely
Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in a clean and professional manner
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Participate in on-call rotation and respond promptly to plumbing emergencies
Represent the company professionally in appearance, attitude, and workmanship
Contribute to a positive team environment and assist fellow team members when needed
