Requirements

At least 2 years of residential plumbing experience.
Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety procedures.
Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory.
Must pass a motor vehicle check, background check, and drug screen.
Strong customer service skills, honesty, dependability, and reliability.
Physical dexterity.

Responsibilities

Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential plumbing systems, guiding customers toward informed buying decisions.
Identify and communicate plumbing issues to customers.
Educate customers about their plumbing systems, how they function, and their needs.
Maintain a fully stocked inventory for each job.
Document work performed according to company procedures.
Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all working conditions.
Set up plumbing service or installation calls when needed.
