About The Position

Leaky's Plumbing & HVAC is seeking an experienced Service & Repair Plumber to handle residential and commercial plumbing service calls in its growing business. The role is for a customer-focused, self-directed plumber who takes pride in their work, solves problems, and is motivated to contribute to the company's growth. The company serves Lubbock and San Antonio and is expanding into Midland/Odessa. The position offers competitive hourly pay plus commissions and performance bonuses, with annual earning potential of $75,000–$100,000. Requirements

Hold a current Texas Tradesman or Journeyman Plumbing License.
Have experience in residential and commercial service plumbing.
Have strong diagnostic and repair skills.
Have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
Have good communication and customer service skills.
Be comfortable working independently.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic, take ownership of work, and be motivated to succeed.

Responsibilities

Run residential and commercial plumbing service calls.
Diagnose leaks, stoppages, water heater problems, and other plumbing issues.
Repair water heaters, drains, fixtures, water lines, sewer lines, and gas lines.
Install water softeners and other water quality products.
Present customers with repair options and estimates.
Complete jobs efficiently and professionally.
Keep the service truck clean, stocked, and organized.
Provide good customer care and build customer relationships.
Help grow the plumbing business.
