SITECH is seeking a Service Planner to communicate the repair process to all parties involved. The role ensures continued job progress and coordinates resources to support the repair process, aiming to deliver an invoice on the same day that the job is complete. This position involves planning repair jobs through various areas, vendors, and technicians, resolving client complaints on billing and warranty issues, and administering, monitoring, and reporting on the accuracy of estimates/quotes for segment repairs. The Service Planner will monitor and communicate the repair process for their assigned area, ensuring follow-up conversations are documented in the manager program and with technicians. They will review client repair history, make policy and warranty recommendations, and monitor/manage work orders daily to ensure same-day invoicing. Continuous improvement of service systems, WIP, time reporting, expenses, and sublet procedures is expected, along with standardizing and updating work order review and closing procedures. Priorities will be assigned to open work orders to meet WIP goals, and all work performed must align with estimates/quotes. Change orders must be submitted for client approval if the scope of a job changes. The role also involves briefing supervisors and submitting reports on monitoring measures, working safely, and complying with all company policies.
