Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage incoming driver requests and provide timely assistance with driver inquiries.
  • Open and manage daily repair orders while coordinating directly with technicians to facilitate repairs as needed.
  • Maintain working knowledge of Transman systems.
  • Demonstrate a courteous, professional, and positive attitude with strong communication skills.
  • Successfully multitask and maintain a high level of organization in a fast-paced shop environment.
  • Utilize computer systems proficiently and maintain accurate typing and data entry skills.
  • Complete required documentation and reporting in a timely manner, including DOT inspection reports and violation documentation.
  • Consistently meet commitments, deadlines, and performance expectations.
