Responsibilities

Efficiently respond to incoming driver requests and provide support for driver inquiries.
Open and manage daily repair orders; coordinate directly with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
Utilize Transman for maintenance tracking.
Maintain a courteous, professional, and positive demeanor; strong communication skills are essential.
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced shop environment while maintaining organization and accuracy.
Demonstrate proficiency in computer systems, including accurate data entry and typing.
Complete all required documentation and reports in a timely manner, including DOT inspection reports and violation documentation.
Consistently meet commitments and adhere to established deadlines.
