About The Position

Arjo’s Rental Service Operations Supervisor leads day-to-activities in the medical beds/mattresses Rental Operation. Working out of Arjo’s Shrewsbury facility, this operations leader will lead Arjo’s Drivers/Field Reps who fulfill rental orders from local hospitals. Expected work schedule: Monday-Friday / first-shift hours.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or related field leadership experience. HS Diploma or GED required.
2+ years of Service Leadership experience.
Demonstrated ability to supervise employees and manage change and multiple priorities.
Demonstrated customer service skills.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Current and valid driver’s license.
Able to travel overnight 25%.

Responsibilities

Oversight of operational compliance, tracking of equipment rental orders, coaching Arjo’s Service team.
Supervision of work assignments and processes to ensure efficient use of product, personnel, vehicles, and equipment.
Customer site visits in support of Sales and Service activities. Primary contact for Service issues.
Active role in the interview process for Field Reps/Drivers.
Provide input in preparation for annual performance evaluations and promotion/assignment considerations.
