This role is accountable for customer satisfaction, SLA attainment, workforce planning, safety and compliance, inventory & fleet stewardship, and cost-to-serve performance. The manager sets the operational cadence, develops talent, standardizes processes, and drives continuous improvement to achieve best-in-class service outcomes.
