About The Position

Mustang Cat is urgently hiring for a Service Operations Manager in El Campo, Texas to supervise the Parts, Sales, and Service of Caterpillar industrial equipment and power systems. The Service Operations Manager is responsible for leadership and management over Mustang Cat's El Campo branch location. As the Service Operations Manager, you will manage, supervise and perform all duties associated with the day-to-day operations of the Mustang Cat El Campo branch location.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree majoring in business, industrial, or mechanically related field
Working knowledge of Parts, Sales, and Service of Caterpillar industrial equipment and power systems
Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated management experience and proven leadership ability
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Be able to motivate and be a part of a team
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal with and relate to customers and their needs
Excellent computer skills, with experience using all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other Database systems

Responsibilities

Supervise Parts, Sales, and Service of Caterpillar industrial equipment and power systems
Managing facility budgets (GP, PAD, expenses, and WIP)
Perform all employee Performance Reviews and Merit Increases
Branch staffing and employee relations
Maintain employee engagement and a productive work environment
Represent Mustang in a professional manner in and away from the office
Ensure exceptional customer service and support are provided by all Mustang Cat branch employees
