As a key member of the Logistics Team, reporting to the Service Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for proactively directing the daily work schedules of Service Technicians to efficiently meet customer service needs. You’ll be a part of a collaborative team that prioritizes customer satisfaction and operational excellence, where your expertise will support us in meeting our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while providing input towards continuous improvement.
