About The Position

RelaDyne is seeking a Service Coordinator with a strong blend of operational coordination and billing experience. This role is crucial for supporting project execution, managing order-to-cash activities, and ensuring billing accuracy. The Service Coordinator will work closely with sales, field operations, and finance teams. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounts receivable, invoicing, or project coordination and thrive in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or project coordination.
  • Experience supporting order-to-cash (O2C) processes preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with experience in invoice processing and reconciliation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with ERP/CRM systems (Sage or similar preferred).
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track service schedules, work orders, and project timelines.
  • Partner with field teams and operations to ensure timely service execution.
  • Maintain accurate data in internal systems to support visibility and planning.
  • Communicate updates across sales, operations, and customer stakeholders.
  • Support invoicing, billing accuracy, and order-to-cash processes.
  • Review customer purchase orders and validate billing readiness.
  • Assist with invoice creation, reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate revenue capture and reporting.
  • Process quotes, order entries, and service-related documentation.
  • Coordinate equipment orders, rentals, and logistics as needed.
  • Provide responsive, professional support to internal and external stakeholders.
