About The Position

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join their ServiceNow team. The ServiceNow Developer is primarily responsible for designing, developing, and customizing applications on the ServiceNow platform to support IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. This role also offers opportunities to work with and gain exposure to other ServiceNow capabilities, including Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), CMDB implementation and governance, Contract Management Pro/Source-to-Pay, Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), and Workplace Service Delivery (WSD).

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator, with strong ITSM expertise
  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified System Administrator (CSA), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM or other modules
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, workflow automation, and integrations
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high-quality deliverables

Responsibilities

  • Designing, developing, and customizing applications on the ServiceNow platform to support The workflow and ITSM modules
  • Performing hands-on configuration and customization of the ServiceNow platform to support ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management
  • Configuring and enhancing Service Catalog, workflows, and automation to improve service delivery and user experience
  • Developing and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications using APIs, web services, and connectors
  • Writing and documenting clean, efficient, and maintainable code using JavaScript, Glide API, and related technologies
  • Administering multiple ServiceNow instances, including access control, workflow automation, data integrity, and system upgrades
  • Collaborating with Gotion teams, business stakeholders, and project managers to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations, workflows, and customizations
  • Staying current with ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends to recommend and implement platform enhancements
  • Supporting demand, project, and portfolio management initiatives within Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
  • Ensuring accurate configuration data and relationships for improved service visibility through CMDB Implementation & Governance
  • Streamlining vendor and procurement workflows with Contract Management Pro / Source-to-Pay
  • Enhancing employee experience through automated HR processes with HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
  • Improving workplace operations and facilities management with Workplace Service Delivery (WSD)
