About The Position

Korum Automotive Group is seeking Service Manager candidates who possess outstanding customer service and leadership skills for our Hyundai Service Department in Puyallup. This pivotal role is focused on optimizing utilization, productivity, and profitability while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities will include developing both short and long-term sales and service objectives and goals, as well as implementing monitoring activities to support employee productivity and departmental performance goals. Furthermore, you will strategically align vehicle repair and service practices to emphasize relationship-focused approaches and target profitability levels, driving increased service volumes through effective management practices and a highly skilled team. Enhancing customer retention and life-cycle profitability will be paramount, along with ensuring that the dealership consistently meets manufacturer warranty performance expectations and maintains detailed service records.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Exceptional customer relations skills
  • Five plus years of Service Manager Experience
  • Strong service writing capabilities
  • Passion for collaboration
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
