About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Service Advisor to join the Kendal Hyundai of Boise Service team. This role is crucial in building lifelong service customers by being the first point of contact in the service department. The ideal candidate will possess high-level customer service skills, excellent time management, a strong work ethic, and effective communication abilities. The ability to recommend and prioritize vehicle repairs and maintenance based on customer needs is essential. Duties include interacting with customers, technicians, and salespersons to sell vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring work is performed correctly, researching vehicle history for informed recommendations, managing customer information, completing tasks efficiently, communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat, and scheduling appointments.

Requirements

• Knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance.
• 2 years of service writing experience in a dealership or independent shop.
• A valid driver's license.
• A good driving record.

Responsibilities
