About The Position
Experienced Service Advisor – Hyundai of Winchester. Join a fast-growing, high-volume service department at CMA’s Hyundai of Winchester. We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor to deliver an excellent customer experience while managing a busy service lane.
Requirements
- 2+ years as a Service Advisor/Writer in a franchised dealership
- Experience in high-volume environments
- Strong communication, organization, and technical understanding
- Familiarity with DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds, ADP, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Manage daily service lane and customer relationships
- Write accurate repair orders and explain recommendations
- Communicate with technicians to keep work moving
- Provide timely updates and a professional customer experience
