This includes supervising department employees, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, reviewing and controlling operational expenses, and resolving customer concerns. The role involves working directly with service department staff to enhance shop productivity and drive department growth. Additionally, the Service Manager will oversee proper warranty procedures, billing and collections, and develop and review marketing efforts for the department. A valid driver's license and good driving record are mandatory.
