Kendall Toyota is seeking an experienced Service Manager for their Eugene, Oregon location. The ideal candidate will be a leader with a proven track record in the automotive industry, focused on developing and leading a successful team. The Service Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling service department operations to meet dealership goals and manufacturer requirements. This includes supervising department employees, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, reviewing and controlling operational expenses, and resolving customer concerns. The role involves working directly with service department staff to enhance shop productivity and drive department growth. Additionally, the Service Manager will oversee proper warranty procedures, billing and collections, and develop and review marketing efforts for the department. A valid driver's license and good driving record are mandatory.
