About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is hiring for a Customer Service Representative to join our Coburg Collision team. At Kendall Collision Center, our department is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in Eugene.

Requirements

  • High level customer service experience
  • Ability to demonstrate time management
  • Strong work ethics
  • Strong communication skills
  • Work history showing strong customer service experience
  • Comfortable on the phone; taking up to 30 calls per hour

Responsibilities

  • Fielding all calls for the collision department
  • Answering client questions
  • Connecting clients with the correct estimator
  • Taking messages as needed
  • Assisting office manager as needed
  • Greeting clients in person occasionally
  • Completing out-bound calls to schedule appointments
  • Providing service updates
