About The Position
Nucar Toyota of Norwood is looking for top-notch Service Advisors to join their busy, award-winning team. The position offers a 4-day work week with ample work available and a supportive team of technicians. The service department has achieved a Service Green CSE and above zone average for three consecutive years. Top-performing Service Advisors can exceed $100,000 annually.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Extensive knowledge of the automotive industry and parts required.
- 2+ years of previous service or advising experience.
Responsibilities
- Advise customers on automotive services and repairs.
- Manage customer appointments and service schedules.
- Communicate effectively with technicians and customers regarding vehicle status.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with services performed.
