About The Position

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic leader for our Service Department! This role involves leading and motivating a team, ensuring an outstanding customer experience, managing department workflow and profitability, monitoring service quality, and developing team members through recruiting, coaching, training, and leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven retail service experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for excellence
  • Ability to drive results while fostering a positive team culture
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Service manager experience
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of service advisors and technicians
  • Ensure an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
  • Manage workflow, productivity, and department profitability
  • Monitor service quality and maintain dealership standards
  • Develop team members through recruiting, coaching, training, and leadership
