About The Position

An experienced Service Manager is required in Ashville NC. 5+ Years in residential or commercial HVAC is required along with previous leadership experience. Must possess a valid H2 or H3 license. Build a top-tier team to make a direct impact on the bottom line and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Current HVAC H2 or H3 License.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• EPA Certification.
• Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) preferred.
• Geothermal HVAC experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience using Service Titan or similar field service management software.
• Experience with Lytx fleet safety and camera systems.
• Experience managing KPI-driven service organizations.
