About The Position

For our further growth, our team is looking for an experienced Service Manager Google Workspace (m/f/d). In this role, you will act as the central point of contact for our customers for the entire cloud operation. Your focus will be on long-term customer retention, strategic development, and delighting customers in the Google Workspace and Managed Services environment. You can expect a team with flat hierarchies, a lot of scope for design, and the opportunity to get involved in complex projects and actively shape internal processes.

Requirements

  • Relevant professional experience and technical understanding for operating IT systems in the Google environment.
  • Practical experience in project management, ideally supported by certifications in areas such as Scrum, Prince2, or ITIL.
  • A structured way of working with high initiative and the drive to actively shape existing processes.
  • Strong service orientation in dealing with customers and a strong team spirit in internal collaboration.
  • The ability to act professionally, confidently, and solution-oriented, even in conflict situations.
  • Confident communication in German and English in professional customer contact.
  • Willingness to actively support the security of our cloud operations through regular participation in on-call duty.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for project and service management throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Central interface function and coordination of complex requirements between customers, sales, internal tech teams, and external partners.
  • Conducting regular service reviews, including monitoring SLAs and KPIs.
  • Continuous development of support structures, service processes, and managed services contracts.
  • Proactive customer consulting regarding best practices and strategic placement of new Workspace topics.
  • Active research of new trends in the cloud environment and continuous knowledge exchange within the team.
