Requirements

  • Automotive service advisor experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of dealership service processes and KPIs

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily service lane operations and customer flow
  • Manage waiters and reduce delays
  • Coach and support service advisors
  • Monitor KPIs including RO count, closing %, ELR, HPR, and media usage
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
  • Ensure proper documentation and policy compliance
