About The Position
Customer Service Greeter - ChevroletLoyalty Chevrolet is looking for a Service Lane Assistant who is pivotal in our Service Lane. The duties of our Service Lane Assistants include but are not limited to:Greeting our customers entering the Service Lane of the dealership, providing excellent customer service with our guests setting the stage for a great experience with our Service Advisors, and providing fast friendly service. They also assist our Service Advisor in contacting customers, setting appointments, helping dispatch work into our shop, and any other tasks that may need to be done. Others who have successfully held this position have moved up quickly within the company and have greatly enhanced their earning potential!
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
- Must pass background checks and drug tests.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers entering the Service Lane of the dealership.
- Providing excellent customer service to guests, setting the stage for a great experience with Service Advisors.
