We are seeking a Quick Lane Service Advisor to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help create a smooth, high-quality customer experience from check-in to vehicle delivery—no automotive experience needed, just a great attitude and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Greet customers upon arrival and assist with service check-in using a tablet
Perform vehicle walkarounds and accurately document vehicle condition
Review vehicle history and maintenance records to identify factory-recommended services
Perform multi-point inspections (or coordinate with technicians) and accurately document findings
Keep customers informed by proactively updating wait times and service status
Present maintenance and service recommendations clearly and confidently to customers
Obtain customer authorization and handle accurate quoting
Deliver completed vehicles to customers and stage under service canopy
Deliver completed vehicles with professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service lane
Scan and organize daily service and parts documents
Monitor recall campaigns and contact customers as needed
Complete outbound call campaigns from OEM-provided lead lists
Assist in managing service scheduling and appointment flow
