About The Position

Modern Toyota of Asheboro is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team of service professionals. If you enjoy working with people, have a passion for the automotive industry, and take pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience, we’d like to hear from you. As a Service Advisor, you’ll serve as a key connection between our customers and our service technicians, helping customers understand their vehicle’s maintenance and repair needs while ensuring a smooth, professional service experience from start to finish.

Requirements

2+ years of automotive dealership service experience preferred.
Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Outstanding follow-up and time-management abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 70 pounds.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers promptly and provide a friendly, professional experience.
Consult with customers about their vehicle’s maintenance and repair needs.
Educate customers on the importance and value of following manufacturer-recommended maintenance schedules.
Prepare accurate, detailed written estimates for labor and parts.
Schedule service appointments and respond to customer inquiries by phone.
Communicate with customers regarding the status of vehicles currently being serviced.
Maintain strong customer satisfaction and build lasting customer relationships.
Follow dealership processes and uphold high standards of professionalism and customer service.
