About The Position

Encon is a rapidly growing company because our people make us great! We are hiring both residential and commercial HVAC technicians with a CT trade license. Service Technicians: Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems Perform preventative maintenance Work with home owner to suggest improvements as needed (residential techs only) Handle emergency calls and keep tools/job sites clean

Requirements

• Connecticut D1, D2, S1, S2, S10, S4 or SM2 Trade License
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience reading schematics/blueprints
• Professional attitude and commitment to quality and customer service
• Ability to operate a computer and assigned software (including email)
• Valid driver’s license
• Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis

Responsibilities
