SERVICE HVAC TECHNICIAN (SOUTH)
About The Position
Blauch Brothers, Inc. is seeking HVAC technicians looking for an opportunity to grow their skills and advance their careers. We offer opportunities for HVAC professionals at multiple skill and experience levels. We are looking for technicians comfortable with residential systems who want to expand into the commercial side of the trade. We provide training, tools, and team support to help you grow confidently into commercial HVAC. This role offers exposure to large-scale systems, continued development of technical skills, and opens doors to more opportunities in the field.
Requirements
- Experience in residential HVAC service or maintenance
- Strong knowledge of residential systems, with curiosity and willingness to grow into commercial HVAC
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to travel locally to job sites
- Team players who take pride in their work and are willing to mentor apprentices
- Possessing a valid, non-expired state-issued driver’s license
- Passing a driving records check (as determined by our insurer)
- Passing a criminal history check
- Passing a drug test
- Meeting employment eligibility requirements under Form I-9 to work in the United States

Responsibilities
- Work on air-cooled and water-cooled chillers
- Service commercial heating systems (gas & electric)
- Maintain VAV systems and commercial air handlers
- Service digital temperature control systems
- Maintain water source heat pumps and packaged units up to 100 tons
- Utilize resources, training, and mentorship to grow confidently in commercial work
