About The Position

Encon is a rapidly growing company looking for skilled Service Technicians to diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems for both residential and commercial clients. This role involves performing preventative maintenance, suggesting improvements to homeowners, and handling emergency calls while maintaining a clean workspace. Requirements

• Connecticut D1, D2, S1, S2, S10, S4 or SM2 Trade License
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience reading schematics/blueprints
• Professional attitude and commitment to quality and customer service
• Ability to operate a computer and assigned software (including email)
• Valid driver’s license
• Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
• Must pass post-offer pre-employment drug testing

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Work with home owner to suggest improvements as needed (residential techs only)
• Handle emergency calls and keep tools/job sites clean
