About The Position

The Service Greeter schedules appointments and welcomes clients when they arrive. The role determines the nature of each client’s visit, escorts clients to the appropriate department or area, and shares information about client needs and expectations with personnel so the team is prepared to provide a high level of service. The Service Greeter also provides administrative support as needed, maintains and stocks client refreshments and waiting areas, and handles special projects as assigned.

This position is with MINI of Portland and pays $20.00 per hour. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday. Applicants must be high school graduates or equivalent and at least 18 years old. A valid driver’s license in the employee’s state of residence and an acceptable driving record are required. The workplace is drug-free, and reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform essential functions.

Requirements
