About The Position

Service Greeters possess excellent customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and a professional appearance and demeanor. Valets safely, courteously, and efficiently handle the service drive. Our Service Greeters are service-oriented, customer-centered, and focused on safety.

Requirements

• High school education up to the 11th grade.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to other employees of the organization.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on Service Drive; assist with getting in and out of vehicle
• Ensure guest loyalty by providing excellent guest service and responding immediately to guest concerns
• Introducing customers to their Service Advisors
• Park and retrieve vehicles with a sense of urgency
• Help customers with minor task on service drive
• Assisting customers with complimentary carwash; making sure that customer receives receipt, walk around is performed on vehicle before being taken to carwash.
• Focus on safety
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Keeps work area clean.
