Service Greeter-Porter
About The Position
Audi Sarasota, a Sunset Automotive Group dealership, is hiring a dependable, customer-focused individual for a front-line Service Greeter / Driver / Porter role. This position welcomes customers arriving at the service drive and supports the service department throughout the day. The work involves greeting and directing customers, assisting with basic vehicle intake, moving and staging vehicles, maintaining customer and service areas, and providing transportation when needed. The role is suited to someone who is reliable, professional, helpful, and comfortable staying active around vehicles during the workday. The position is full-time, with daytime shifts scheduled within the listed Monday–Saturday hours; the dealership is closed Sundays. Pay is $16–$18 per hour, based on experience. Candidates must complete and pass a background check and drug screen before hire. Requirements
- Friendly, professional, customer-oriented attitude.
- Strong reliability and full-time availability Monday through Saturday.
- Ability to work on your feet and around vehicles throughout the shift.
- Valid driver's license.
- Verifiable work history.
- Must complete and pass a background check and drug screen before hire.

- Previous dealership experience is a plus but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers arriving in the service drive and help them feel welcome.
- Direct customers to the appropriate service advisor or waiting area.
- Assist with basic vehicle intake tasks, including applying protective covers and vehicle tags.
- Move and stage vehicles for service appointments.
- Transport vehicles to the service lot or shop as needed.
- Help maintain clean, organized service-drive and customer areas.
- Provide customer transportation when needed.
- Assist wherever necessary to help the department run smoothly.
