About The Position
As a Service Expediter, your role is to leave a positive impression on current and prospective customers and assist technicians with an efficient process.
Requirements
- Ability to operate various types of power equipment, including lawnmowers, weed trimmers, forklifts, tractors, trucks, and a variety of hand and powered equipment.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Professional appearance and courteous manners
- Ability to operate all yard equipment.
- Have valid state driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening.
Responsibilities
- Staging and preparation of units in the service bays
- Shop cleanliness and upkeep
- Courtesy inspections on all major units checked into service.
- Quality Control by reviewing repair/service orders to verify completion of requested jobs.
- Unit appearance
- Moving power sports units into and out of the service areas
- Assist customers while they drop off and pick up power sports units- service and sales areas.
- Operation of tractor and forklift
