About The Position

Service Champions NorCal is seeking skilled Service Electricians to join their team. As a Service Electrician, you will play a vital role in delivering reliable electrical solutions while providing exceptional service.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of residential electrical service experience (Residential Journeyman Certification, C-10 license OR ET Card with enough hours to take residential journeyman certification exam.)
  • Solid understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repair best practices.
  • Adheres to safety codes, PPE standards, and job site safety protocols.
  • Able to lift 75 lbs., work in varying weather conditions, and perform tasks on ladders or rooftops.
  • Clean, well-groomed appearance with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Performing electrical service, repair, and maintenance for residential customers.
  • Diagnosing issues and delivering effective, safe, and code-compliant solutions.
  • Operating a company vehicle while maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
  • Building strong customer relationships by clearly explaining solutions and options.
  • Promoting our MVP Client Loyalty Program and identifying opportunities for system upgrades.
  • Ensuring each project is completed with the highest level of safety, quality, and professionalism.
