Requirements

• Service Experience is a must.
• Must have current CA Electrical Journeyman Card
• Self-Starter: Ability to work independently or as part of a team, taking initiative and ownership of your work.
• Experience in troubleshooting and electrical repairs in commercial environments.
• Physically Fit: Capable of performing physical tasks safely, with or without accommodation.
• Valid CA Driver’s License: Must be insurable through our carrier.

Nice To Haves

• Industrial Skills: Experience with motor control troubleshooting and basic PLC knowledge is a plus.
• Communication: Ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Projects: Manage installations and repairs at commercial and industrial sites, including lighting, power systems, and more.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in commercial facilities.
• Conduit & Wiring: Install, bend, and run conduit; assist with wiring Tenant Improvements (TIs), while running a crew when necessary.
• Parts & Equipment Management: Plan and order materials and equipment for projects.
• Customer Relations: Be professional, presentable, and communicate effectively with clients, staff, and office personnel.
• Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate service records, including timekeeping and materials management.
