We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Service Electrician to handle residential service and warranty calls. Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in residential electrical work
• Valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment background checks, including criminal, driving, and drug screenings.

Responsibilities

• Address a variety of residential electrical issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction with each visit.
• Accurately diagnose electrical problems and find timely solutions that meet or exceed industry standards.
• Perform repairs in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) while ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to foster trust and loyalty. Engage customers with professionalism and respect.
• Identify opportunities for upgrades or improvements and offer solutions that benefit the customer, either immediately or through scheduled follow-up.
• Provide clear, accurate estimates for repairs and projects, and ensure precise invoicing.
• Adhere to safe working practices at all times and maintain open communication with both customers and internal teams.
