About The Position

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical is seeking a full-time Service Electrical Helper in Greenville, South Carolina. The position assists electricians with a variety of tasks and material handling, including mounting and installing assigned conduit, wires, and strapping, as well as assisting with wire pulls and other duties as directed by a supervisor. The role requires following company and customer safety policies, using tools, ladders, and lifts for electrical installations, and maintaining safe work practices and professional conduct. Travel may be required.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future need for employer sponsorship. Employment is contingent on successfully passing a post-offer background check and, when driving is required, an MVR check.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent commercial electrical experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain it.
• Successfully pass a post-offer background check.
• Successfully pass an MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
• Be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities
