About The Position

The Electrical Helper assists with electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work while supporting daily operations and project activities. The role works with employees, customers, vendors, and leadership to help ensure electrical systems are installed and maintained safely, accurately, and in compliance with company and industry standards. The position is based on-site in Frankford, Delaware, and requires travel as needed to support project and operational needs. Work may take place indoors or outdoors on active job sites, including attics, crawlspaces, and confined or elevated spaces.

Requirements

• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions within established company policies and procedures.
• Ability to work overtime, modified schedules, or occasional weekends as business needs require.
• Perform all work on-site and in person; this is not a remote or hybrid position.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull at least 50 pounds.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship.
• A license is required.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Assist with electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on electrical systems and equipment.
• Review project plans, specifications, and work orders to support project execution.
• Support diagnosing and resolving electrical issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure work complies with company policies, safety standards, and applicable electrical codes.
• Coordinate with employees, vendors, subcontractors, and internal departments regarding project activities and operational needs.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to electrical work and project activities.
• Support project timelines and help resolve operational concerns in the field.
• Monitor equipment, materials, and job site conditions to support operational efficiency and safety.
• Assist senior technicians and support field operations as needed.
• Maintain professionalism and effective communication in customer and operational interactions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
