About The Position

Honolulu Ford is seeking a motivated and experienced Service Drive Lane Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for managing the activities of all service-related staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and meeting Lithia's performance standards. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Service Advisor and a strong understanding of automotive operations.

Requirements

• Previous Service Advisor experience, preferred
• Prior experience as an automotive technician a plus
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Managing the activities of all service related staff ensuring exceptional customer service and attainment of Lithia's performance standards.
• Schedule and assign daily work objectives for the service consultants.
• Monitor performance and counsel service consultants with behavioral or performance issues.
• Train, coach, supervise and assist service consultants.
