About The Position
Honolulu Ford is hiring a Service Drive Lane Manager. This role is responsible for managing the activities of all service-related staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and the attainment of Lithia's performance standards. The manager will schedule and assign daily work objectives for service consultants, monitor their performance, and provide coaching and counseling for behavioral or performance issues. They will also train, coach, supervise, and assist service consultants.
Requirements
- Previous Service Advisor experience, preferred
- Prior experience as an automotive technician a plus
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
- Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
